SCA Coffee Skills Program
The Coffee Skills Program, which was created and run by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and consists of six different modules. The modules available are Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting, and Sensory Skills.. Each of these modules is available at 3 different levels, Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional. At Firedancer, we offer all six modules, at all levels, offering knowledge for every stage of your career.

OSHA & EPA
We offer a full range of educational opportunities on the regulatory issues facing the entire specialty coffee chain. From Foreign Supplier Verification Programs, Understanding FSMA, Preventive Control Qualified Individual Certificate, EPA requirements and process and beyond. Everything you need to know to help you navigate these waters, as well as help you to become compliant and most importantly, successful.

Workshops
Our skill-building workshops are training sessions that are linked to all our full-length courses. They emphasize problem-solving, hands-on training, and require the involvement of the participants. For the student, these can be stand-alone classes to help improve skills, to add depth to a full-length course you have already taken or for just continued learning.
